Luis helps train the Army’s eyes in the sky. But we’re not talking about pilots, because his students never leave the ground. That’s because Luis is a drone instructor who teaches other Soldiers how to operate these autonomous flying machines for surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting acquisition missions.
