Career Field: Personal & Culinary Services (Officer)

Personal and Culinary Services officers help foster a positive work environment and peak physical and mental performance through proper nutritious food preparation and service. These officers create menus, budgets and recreational opportunities for service members and manage the staff of food service and recreational facilities. Military culinary training is equivalent to some of the best civilian institutions, and these officers are called upon to organize gala events as well as everyday meals and activities.
