    Before graduation, the senior class at Officer Candidate School (OCS) hands the Mantle of Leadership to the incoming class in a change of command ceremony. The new senior class is now responsible for the initial training of new candidates upon their arrival at OCS. Leadership training is an integral part of schooling as graduates go into the Navy's managerial and professional roles.
