Esther: I believe the Air Guard does provide a lot of benefit when you're in the civilian sector. People see a military member, and they equate that with someone who is physically fit, who really cares about their job, cares about how they look, cares about their professionalism and how they come across to other people. They care about their education requirements. They want to go a step above what your normal person would want to do. It takes extra time, extra commitment. So to make that work, it looks good for a civilian.
